EFA Technologies

EFA Technologies, Inc. opened its doors on December 1, 1975 as Ed Farmer & Associates, a design-engineering firm specializing in electrical and control systems projects for petrochemical and industrial clients.

Starting in 1982 through 1990 the company provided both engineering services and continuous on-line leak detection and leak location products primarily to off shore oil, gas, and petroleum industries.

In 1992 EFA made the commitment to focus on leak detection alone exclusively manufacturing and supporting LEAKNET™ with its patented methodologies, Pressure Point Analysis™ PPA™ and MassPack™.

EFA is the oldest leak detection company under original ownership in the world. The company is headquartered in a 9,600-square foot principal-owned complex in the midtown area of Sacramento.
